1. Acceptance of Terms

Product listings include information regarding material, colour, size, dimensions, care instructions, and other relevant specifications. We make every effort to display the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible on the Platform. However, the actual colours you see on your screen may vary depending on your device's display settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and other technical factors. We cannot guarantee that the on-screen representation of any product will exactly match the physical product.

4.3 Product Availability

All products displayed on our Platform are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. In the event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide you with the option to cancel the order or substitute it with a similar product of equal value.

5. Pricing

All prices displayed on our Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The price shown for each product includes the base price of the product. Depending on the product category, the displayed price may include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as required under Indian tax laws.

5.2 Pricing Errors

Despite our best efforts, some products may be listed at an incorrect price. We reserve the right to:

Correct any pricing errors at any time prior to order acceptance.
Cancel any orders placed at an incorrectly listed price, even after we have sent an order confirmation.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing a product in your shopping cart or completing the checkout process does not constitute our acceptance of your order. The following outlines the order acceptance process:

When you place an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the prices and terms specified at the time of checkout. After submitting your order, you will receive an email or SMS acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation").

6.2 Acceptance Confirmation

Our acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the ordered product(s) and send you a dispatch confirmation (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract for the sale of the products (the "Contract") is formed at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation and only in relation to the products confirmed as dispatched in that communication.

6.3 Right to Refuse or Cancel

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

The product is out of stock or discontinued.
We are unable to verify or process your payment.
We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity.
The order contains a pricing or product description error.
You do not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms.
We are unable to deliver to the provided shipping address.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within the timeframe specified in Section 11.

6.4 Order Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products that can be purchased per order, per account, per household, or per customer. These limits may apply to all orders placed under the same account, the same payment method, or the same shipping address.

7.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment gateway provider.

7.3 Payment Confirmation

Your order will be processed only after successful payment authorisation. If a payment transaction is declined, rejected, or unsuccessful for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will notify you of any payment-related issues and provide instructions for alternative payment arrangements.

7.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available as an optional payment method for select pincodes and order values. We reserve the right to:

Set a minimum and maximum order value for COD eligibility.
Charge a nominal COD convenience fee, which will be disclosed at checkout.
Restrict COD availability based on order history, delivery address, or other factors.
Limit the number of COD orders per customer.

If a COD order is not accepted at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to block future COD orders from the same customer.

7.5 Taxes

All applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The final amount charged will include the product price, taxes, and any applicable shipping or handling charges.

8. Shipping Policy

We offer domestic shipping across India for all orders placed on our Platform. The following terms apply to our shipping services.

8.1 Shipping Areas

We currently ship to all states and union territories across India. Delivery to certain remote or difficult-to-access locations may take longer than the standard delivery timeframe. We reserve the right to verify the deliverability of a pincode before processing an order.

8.2 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the order value, weight, dimensions, and destination pincode. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, the terms of which will be specified in the applicable promotional communication.

8.3 Shipping Partners

We partner with reputable third-party logistics providers to deliver your orders. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Adverse weather conditions or natural disasters.
Labour disputes or strikes.
Government restrictions or regulatory delays.
Customs clearance processes (for international shipments, if applicable).
Unforeseen operational issues with our shipping partners.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

8.4 Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order status through your account dashboard on our Platform.

9. Delivery

9.1 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of checkout and in the order confirmation. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Standard delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination pincode. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.

9.2 Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners will make up to three delivery attempts to the address provided by you. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases:

We will notify you regarding the return of the package.
You may be charged a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers with a history of failed delivery attempts.

9.3 Receipt and Inspection

Upon delivery, you or an authorised recipient must inspect the package. If the package or its contents appear damaged, tampered with, or if the seal is broken, please:

Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take photographs or video of the damaged package and its contents.
Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Failure to inspect and report damage at the time of delivery may affect your ability to claim a refund or replacement for such damage.

9.4 Title and Risk

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery by our shipping partner to the delivery address provided. From that point, you are responsible for the products.

10. Cancellation

10.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order provided that the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order:

Log into your account and cancel the order from your order history page, or
Contact our customer support team with your order details.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with Sections 11 and 12 of these Terms.

10.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order under the circumstances described in Section 6.3. Additionally, we may cancel orders that:

Appear to be placed for commercial resale purposes rather than personal use.
Exceed reasonable purchase limits set by us.
Are placed using fraudulent or stolen payment methods.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Cancellation Policy for COD Orders: If you repeatedly cancel COD orders or refuse delivery, we reserve the right to block your account from placing future COD orders. We encourage customers to only place COD orders with a genuine intent to purchase.

11. Return & Refund

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products in accordance with this policy.

11.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The product must not be a final sale or clearance item (unless defective).
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

11.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they are received in a defective or damaged condition:

Final sale or clearance items.
Intimate apparel or innerwear for hygiene reasons.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Products returned without original packaging, tags, or labels.
Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

11.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log into your account and submit a return request from your order history, or contact our customer support team.
Provide the order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return authorisation within 1-2 business days.
Once authorised, you will receive instructions for returning the product, including the return address and shipping method.
Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship the product back to us using the prescribed shipping method.

11.4 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Refunds will be processed as follows:

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or damaged product.

12. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for size or product variants, subject to availability.

12.1 Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions apply:

The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The requested exchange size or variant must be in stock.
Only one exchange per order item is permitted.

12.2 Exchange Process

Initiate an exchange request through your account or by contacting customer support.
Our team will verify eligibility and confirm availability of the requested variant.
You will receive instructions for shipping the original product back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the exchanged product.
Shipping charges for the exchange may apply and will be communicated at the time of request.

12.3 Exchange Limitations

If the requested exchange variant is not available, you may choose an alternative product of equal or lesser value, or opt for a refund in accordance with Section 11. Any price difference for higher-value exchanges must be paid by the customer.

13. Promotional Offers

From time to time, we may run promotional offers, discount campaigns, coupon codes, loyalty programmes, and other marketing initiatives ("Promotions"). The following terms apply to all Promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual terms of a specific Promotion.

13.1 Offer Validity

Each Promotion has a specific validity period, which will be clearly communicated through the offer details. Promotions are valid only during the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively to previously placed orders.

13.2 Coupon Codes

Coupon codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Only one coupon code can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify coupons at any time without prior notice.
Coupon codes may have minimum purchase value requirements, category restrictions, or user-specific eligibility criteria.

13.3 Sale and Discount Events

During sale events, discounts are applied to the listed product prices. Sale items are subject to availability and may be excluded from additional discount codes unless specified. We reserve the right to modify, extend, or cancel sale events at our discretion.

13.4 Loyalty Programmes

13.5 Abuse of Promotions

We reserve the right to void any Promotion and cancel any associated orders if we suspect abuse, including but not limited to:

Creating multiple accounts to avail of introductory or referral offers.
Using automated scripts or bots to claim limited-quantity offers.
Fraudulently applying coupons or discount codes.
Circumventing purchase limits imposed during promotional events.

Important: Promotional offers cannot be clubbed with other offers unless explicitly stated. We reserve the sole right to interpret and decide on the applicability of any Promotion. Our decisions regarding Promotions shall be final and binding.

14. Intellectual Property

All other trademarks, service marks, and trade names appearing on our Platform are the property of their respective owners. 14.3 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may:

View, download, and print pages from the Platform for your personal use.
Share product links through social media platforms.

14.4 Restrictions

You may not, without our express written consent:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content from our Platform.
Use any Content for commercial purposes, including resale of product images or descriptions.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Content.

15. User Conduct

By using our Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.

Account Misuse

Creating fake or duplicate accounts.
Impersonating another person or entity.
Manipulating product reviews or ratings.
Attempting to bypass security measures.
Engaging in reselling activities without authorisation.

15.1 Reviews and User-Generated Content

We welcome your feedback, reviews, and ratings. When you submit user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content across our Platform and marketing channels. 16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Content or product information.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

20. Dispute Resolution

We value our relationship with our customers and strive to resolve any concerns amicably and efficiently. The following dispute resolution process applies to any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Platform, or any product purchased through our Platform.

20.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceedings, you agree to first contact our customer support team to resolve the dispute informally. We will work diligently to address your concerns within a reasonable timeframe. Most disputes can be resolved satisfactorily through this informal process.

20.2 Consumer Grievance

If you are a consumer in India, you may file a complaint under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. We are committed to resolving consumer grievances promptly. You may also approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum as per the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

20.3 Arbitration

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted as follows:

The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties.
The place of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India.
The language of arbitration shall be English.
The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

20.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provisions above, the courts located in New Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

20.5 Class Action Waiver

Any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in arbitration or court, shall be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

21. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural Events

Earthquakes, floods, storms, or other natural disasters.
Epidemics, pandemics, or public health emergencies.
Fires, explosions, or other accidents.

Human & Legal Events

Acts of government, laws, or regulations.
War, terrorism, or civil unrest.
Strikes, labour disputes, or industrial action.
Transportation or infrastructure disruptions.

In the event of a force majeure occurrence, we will:

Notify you of the force majeure event and its anticipated impact on our performance.
Use reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of the force majeure event.
Resume performance of our obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the force majeure event ceases.

Our obligations under these Terms shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the affected order, and we will issue a refund for any unfulfilled orders.

22. Changes to Terms
